By using VPNLUX system, web site www.vpnlux.com (hereinafter - Site) and/or providing Site administration (further - We) your personal data, you agree for personal data processing under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy completely. We understand that personal data must be kept confidential and secure. According to this position We aim to receive and operate with minimum necessary data for stable and well running service.

Collection and use of personal data

1. Contact information
   By registering on Site, the user does not specify his name, therefore a created account is anonymous. We do not require user contact information. Obtained contact information can be used for password recovery procedure and for important notifications regarding the running service.
2. Financial information
   We store information regarding committed payments for some time. We use it in case of problem transactions and refund issues.
3. Statistics
   When user uses VPN we collect the following data:
   a. User ID number (assigned automatically upon registration);
   b. User package ID number;
   c. Session start time;
   d. Session end time;
   e. Bandwidth usage (in megabytes).
4. Logs
   In order to ensure users security, as well to protect against infringement by third parties on the user's personal data, We do not store logs (visited resources and other network activity of users).

Information sharing

We do not share or disclose personal user data to any third party if we don't obtain user consent, and the user actions don't threaten the running service.

Privacy Policy change

Privacy Policy change is regulated by section 6 of the User Agreement.
