How to Install Viscosity app

Step 1. Go to the user dashboard and select Viscosity app for Mac OS 10.8 or later in package configuration. Then click Download and save Viscosity app installer to the Downloads folder.
Step 2. Open the Downloads folder from the Dock panel and launch Viscosity app installer.
Step 3. Click Continue.
Step 4. Then click Install.
Step 5. Enter your Mac OS password and click Install Software.
Step 6. When you see the screen that says "The installation was successful", click Close.

Step 1. Launch Viscosity app from Launchpad or Applications folder.
Step 2. Click the Viscosity icon in the system tray (top-right corner of the screen) and select the desired location name.NB! We recommend using TCP connection, if it is stable. Otherwise, use UDP.
Step 3. You will see the following notification after the VPN connection is established. It is now safe to surf the web!

Step 1. Click the Viscosity icon in the system tray, hover over the active connection, then click to disconnect.
Step 2. You will see the following notification after the VPN connection is disconnected.
